Cheat on Your Diet

Weight loss is such a tough job. You actually have to switch your entire approach to life around and be galvanized to adhere to your scheme to get results. You also have to be patient, which many people find challenging when we are hungry. Sadly, results don’t happen overnite. And you’ve got to be careful not so eat too little or too much-either way you might cock up your constitution and finish up spending an entire bunch of effort and time for no payoff.

I remember stepping on the scale masses of times and seeing no change after weeks had gone by. I wondered how this is going to be when I was eating so a lot less and being so stern about what I was eating. I told myself, I already understand how to maintain this weight and eat what I desire, so if that’s’s all I’m going to do, why continue beating myself down for a similar results? What I found out was I was eating not enough. My body was storing everything I was eating thinking it was starving to death.

So, my recommendation is to cheat on your diet. Seriously. Cheat on your diet. Only do it in a controlled way. Put aside a couple meals a week, or a “free” meal and a “free” pudding every week, or whatever works for you to have your fave meal, dessert, or whatever you’re craving. It’ll keep you sane, and help you stick to your diet because you’ll have this day to look forward to again, and also it will stop your body from doing the precise opposite of what you want it to do.
